摘  要:研究了称重传感器输出信号的噪声处理,重点讨论低频噪声的分离;根据连续函数性质以及传感输出信号和噪声信号在时域中的不同特征,分别讨论了稳态下和动态下噪声信号的数学形式;提出了分离低频噪声的差分算法并从理论上推导了算法的误差范围;最后,基于MCS-51单片机软件编程,对算法进行了试验,验证了其有效性和实用性;试验结果指出:采用此算法后,输出信号中消除了时漂和温漂的影响,静态荷重时的误差为零,动态荷重时的最大绝对误差小于1g。The method of treating noise signal which has been mixed with sensing signal is studied. The detachment of low-frequency noise signal has been emphatically discussed. According to the characters of continuous function and the different characteristics between sensing signal and noise signal, the mathematic models of noise signal are discussed in static state and dynamic state respectively, and the differential arithmetic of detaching noise signal is proposed Whose error is analysed theoretically. Based on MCS-51 singlechip, the validity and practicability have been validated by experimentation. Test results indicate that the influence of time-drift and temperature-drift on output signal are eliminated after using differential arithmetic. Test results also show that the measured value of weight has no error at static state and maximum absolute error is less than I g at dynamic state.
