益智合剂的薄层色谱分析

摘　　要：目的:建立益智合剂中薄层色谱鉴别方法,控制制剂的质量。方法:采用薄层层析法(TLC)鉴别益智合剂中的远志、黄柏、甘草。结果:薄层色谱鉴别可检出样品中各相应的薄层斑点。结论:该法准确,鉴别方法专属性强,阴性对照无干扰,能有效地控制益智合剂的质量。OBJECTIVE： To establish TLC for the identification of Yizhi mixture to achieve its quality control. METHODS： Radix polygalae, Cortex phellodendri, and Radix Glyeyrrhizae in Yizhi mixture were identified by TLC. RESULTS： The corresponding TLC spots of all the samples were able to be detected in TLC identification. CONCLUSION： The method is accurate, specific yet without interference of negative control, and by which, the quality of Yizhi mixture can be effectively controlled.
