摘　　要：目的：了解我院住院患者抗菌药物的应用现状,为规范管理提供科学依据,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法：抽取出院病人病历资料820份进行统计分析。结果：我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率为80.9%,单一用药为49.2%,二联用药为42.4%,三联用药为8.1%;使用抗菌药物天数占住院总天数的平均百分比为58.6%,最长时间为35d,平均使用时间为（8±4）d;围术期预防用药时机合理（术前≤2h）的占9.0%,术后预防用药持续时间合理的占5.6%。将3～4代头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类作为Ⅰ类切口围术期预防用药使用率达72.7%。Ⅰ类切口围术期联合使用抗菌药物占48.6%。青霉素类与头孢菌素类抗菌药物1次/日给药占68.3%。结论：我院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况与指导原则要求有明显的差距,应引起高度重视。OBJECTIVE：To study the status quo of the use of antibacterials in the inpatients of our hospital so as to provide scientific basis for the standardization of drug control and rational use of antibacterials.METHODS：The cases histories of 820 patients who have been discharged from hospital were sampled for statistical analysis.RESULTS：The application rate of antibacterials in the inpatients was 80.9%,of which,49.2% were used in one kind,42.4% in two kinds,and 8.1% in three kinds concurrently.On average,patients used antibicterials in 58.6% of their hospital days,with the longest up to 35 days and the average application duration of antibacterials at（8±4） days.9.0% were rational in preventive medication occasion（before surgery ≤2h） in perioperative period,and 5.6% were rational in preventive medication duration after surgery.72.7% used 3rd and 4th generations of cephalosprins,floxacins and amioglycosides as the perioperative preventive medication for type Ⅰ incisions.The rate for antibiotics being used in combination in the perioperative preventive medication for type Ⅰ incisions was 48.6%,and that for penicillin and cephalosprins being given once a day stood at 68.3%.CONCLUSION：The use of antibacterials in the inpatients of our hospital failed to meet the instructions for antibacterials,which calls for great attention.
