摘　　要：目的了解进入社区美沙酮门诊治疗的吸毒者的人口学特征、吸毒行为和性行为特征,为该人群的追踪随访提供参考依据。方法2005年11月～2006年8月试点门诊收治的164名吸毒人员为调查对象,调查其人口学、吸毒行为和性行为等方面的信息。结果男性占82.3%,女性占17.7%;HIV阳性率1.2%,HCV阳性率49.3%。33.3%的吸毒者曾经共用过注射器等吸毒器具。16.7%的人有多个性伙伴。结论进入美沙酮门诊接受治疗的吸毒者存在高危HIV行为和高危性行为,建议加强门诊治疗同时对该人群进行行为干预和相关的艾滋病知识教育。Objective To explore the characteristic of demographic,drug use behavior and sexual behavior among drug users entering the community methadone maintenance treatment clinic and provide the baseline information for follow-up of this group population.Methods Drug users who applied for methadone treatment during November 2005 to August 2006 were investigated with a questionnaire.Results Out of 82.3% males and 17.7% females,1.2% were HIV positive and 49.3% were HCV positive.33.3%of drug users reported the sharing of injection equipment and 16.7% of them had multiple sexual partners.Conclusions There are many of high risk drug use behaviors and sexual behaviors among drug users accepting the treatment of methadone.It is important to implement the behavior investigation and education of AIDS knowledge.
