摘　　要：通过金相试验、室温机械性能试验、碳化物分析、高温机械性能试验、高温持久试验，找出了经过长期运行，球化级别达到４级和４．５级的１２Ｃｒ１ＭｏＶ钢管材，与使用温度和工作应力有关的剩余寿命的估算关系式。Through metallographic test,mechanical property tests at room temperature and high temperature,carbide analysis,and high temperature endurance limit test,an estimation formula related to working temperature and stress of material is derived to determine the remaining lifetime of 12Cr1MoV steel after long term operation and the spheroidizing level reaches 4 of 4.5 degree.
