办学特色的可持续发展问题探讨

摘　　要：在高等教育的规模扩张和本科教学评估过程中,高等学校的办学特色如何持续和发展面临较大的考验。学校的发展及本科教学评估要求学校必须具有特色,但是,高等教育的规模扩张却淹没特色,高等学校的学科专业结构呈现趋同化倾向,很多学校因此而失去了原有的特色。一所学校的特色需要这所学校全体成员高度认同基础上的共同奋斗,更需要在总结过程中不断的提炼和精心打磨。In the process of higher education expansion and teaching evaluation, how to keep sustainable traits in university development is facing the challenge. The higher education evaluation demands the universities to have features and traits however the expansion of enrollment and school development covers the traits. The subject structure in different universities undertakes the trend of identity. The special traits and features, developing from all the faculty＇s efforts and commitment, need efforts and time.
