28例无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤外科手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤手术治疗的效果。方法对1995年1月～2005年12月该院28例经手术治疗的无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据其临床表现及其影像学表现的特点选择手术入路及减压手段。结果手术的有效率达90%。大部份病例的脊髓功能均有明显改善。结论无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的治疗应首选手术治疗。选择合理的手术入路,彻底的椎管减压可获得良好的治疗效果。[Objective] To explore the operative results of the cervical spinal cord injury without fracture or dislocation. [Methods] A retrospective study was performed on 28 cases of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture or dislocation from February,1995 to December, 2005. Different approaches and times of operation were choosed by clinical appearance and imaging features of the cases. [Results] The operation effectiveness reached 90% in all cases. The spinal cord fuction significantly recovered in most of the cases. [Conclusions] Operation is the preference treatment on cervical spinal cord injury without fracture or dislocation. An appropriate approch of operation and a complete decompression of spinal canal can offer a good result.
