泡沫铝的吸声性能及其在机床降噪中的应用

摘　　要：阐述了机床噪声的危害以及控制机床噪声的主要方法。同时指出由于新型材料泡沫铝不但具有优良的吸声性能,而且还具有优良的阻尼、隔声、散热、轻质、电磁屏蔽、吸收冲击能量等性能,因此可应用泡沫铝作为机床吸声材料来减小机床的噪声,以实现对机床噪声的控制。In this paper, noise harm is illustratied in machine tool, control noise ways are also illustratied in machine tool. New material Foamed Aluminum has better Characteristics not only Sound Absorption Characteristics but also better damp, noise isolation, rejection of heat, light weight, electromagnetic shielding and so on, so it is very appropriatly to reduce noise using Foamed Aluminum in machine tool anti noise can also be controlled in machine tool.
