浅刺针法合通窍活血汤对脑梗死大鼠血浆TXB_2和6-酮-PGF1α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究浅刺针法合通窍活血汤对脑梗死大鼠血浆TXB2和6-酮-PGF1α水平的影响。方法将150只SD大鼠随机分为5组,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组均予脑梗死造模,Ⅴ组行假手术,之后Ⅰ组浅刺针法合通窍活血汤治疗,Ⅱ组予常规针法合通窍活血汤,Ⅲ组仅予通窍活血汤,Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组不予处理。各组于造模后2,7,14 d随机取10只大鼠采用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆TXB2和6-酮-PGF1α的含量,并进行统计学处理。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组造模后血浆TXB2水平明显高于Ⅴ组(P均<0.01);与Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组比较,Ⅰ组TXB2水平下降更快(P均<0.01)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组6-酮-PGF1α显著低于Ⅴ组(P均<0.01);与Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组比较,Ⅰ组6-酮-PGF1α水平升高更快(P<0.01)。结论浅刺针法合通窍活血汤能更有效地降低TXB2水平,升高6-酮-PGF1α水平,使TXB2/6-酮-PGF1α比值趋向平衡,从而达到治疗脑梗死的目的。Objective It is to investigate the influence of the shallow thorn acupuncture combine with Tongqiao Huoxue soup to the levels of blood p1αsma TXB2 and 6 - keto-PGF1α on rats with cerebral infarction. Methods 150 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were made model of cerebral infarction, and V group was gave sham operation. Ⅰ group was treated combine the shallow thorn acupuncture and Tongqiao Huoxue soup, Ⅱ group was treated combine the conventional acupuncture and Tongqiao Huoxue soup, Ⅲgroup was treated with Tongqiao Huoxue soup, Ⅳ and Ⅴ group did nothing. In the 2rd, 7th and 14th day, each group randomly selected 10 rats and determined its levels of blood p1αsma TXB2 and 6 - keto - PGF1α by radioimmunity method. Results In the 2rd, 7th and 14th day, the levels of blood p1αsmas TXB2 in Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were higher than Ⅴ group obviously （P all〈0.01）, compared with Ⅱ, Ⅲ and IV groups, the level of TXB2 were dropped quickly in Ⅰ group （P all〈0.01）. The levels of 6- keto PGF1α in Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were lower than Ⅴ group remarkably （P all〈0.01）, compared with Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ group, the levels of 6-keto-PGF1α were rose quickly in I group （P all〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The shallow thorn acupuncture combine with Tongqiao Huoxue soup could drop the level of p1αsma TXB2 and rise the level of p1αsma 6 - keto- PGF1α, to be able effective improvement TXB2/6 - keto - PGF1α ratio trend ba1αnce, thus achieved treats goal of cerebral infarction.
