摘  要:水利水电工程的施工机械多为分散作业状态,经常需要临时布置施工线路和电气设备。水电工程施工场地所施用的塔吊、电焊机、对焊机等机电设备,供用电分别为单相相电压、二相线电压、三相线电压。探讨了水利工程施工场地各种用电设备容量的折算方法和各种用电负荷的计算,分析了以计算负荷、工作环境为基础的合理选择载流导线和负荷开关的方法。根据水电工程施工场地布置施工线路和电气设备存在只用电不保护的现象,在安装施工技术、防止电气设备过负荷、防止发生接地故障方面提出了相关的研究对策。The construction machinery of the water conservancy and hydroelectric projects are mostly scattered, therefore the construction circuit and electric equipment are usually needed to be laid temporarily. The electromechanical equipment such as tower crane, arc welding generator use the electricity with single-phase line voltage, two phase line voltage, and three-phase line, respectively. The paper probes into various capacity conversion methods for different electric apparatus and calculation of different load of power consuming on hydraulic construction sites. Meanwhile it analyzes the methods of selection of the wire and on-load switch on the basis of load calculation and working environment. In light of the cases of not undertaking any protecting measures while making use of the electricity, some relevant countermeasures are proposed for installing construction technology, and preventing the overload of the electric equipment and earthing failure of the electric wires.
