北京市基层传染病防治人员工作条件与现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市基层传染病防治人员工作条件与现状。方法采用标准化问卷对北京市6个区、县的基层传染病防治人员进行定量调查,并按照乡医、校医和集体单位防保人员进行分类比较和分析。结果北京市3类基层传染病防治人员办公条件较差,其中乡医的办公条件最差,仅有18.3%的科室配有电脑,而其中仅有13.6%的科室可以上网;3类人员参与传染病防治工作的主要交通方式为步行、骑自行车和乘公交车;3类防治人员认为收入水平偏低的比例分别为66.8%、65.5%和33.5%;3类防治人员对现有工作条件满意率低,有换工作意向的比例分别为33.6%、35.5%和26.7%。结论目前北京市基层传染病防治人员的工作条件较差,有必要改善基层传染病防治人员的工作条件,稳定基层传染病防治队伍。OBJECTIVE To study the current working conditions of the staff members for infectious disease prevention and control at the grass-roots in Beijing. METHODS A quantitative survey with unified questionnaire was conducted in six districts of Beijing, comparing and analyzing by dividing these staff members into three groups, who are doctors with responsibility for rural medical workers, school medical workers and enterprise medical workers. RESULTS The staff members working conditions of three categories are poor. Doctors＇ working conditions with responsibility for rural medical are the worst, in which the proportion of office equipped computer and internet is 18.3% and 13.6%, respectively. The traffic modes of these staff members participating in infectious diseases prevention and control are mostly walking, bicycle and bus. The incomes and the status of these three staff members and relatively low. The proportions of those who dissatisfied with incomes are 66.8%, 65.5%, and 33.5% respectively. The proportions of those who satisfied with the current working conditions are low, being 33.6%, 35.5% and 26.7% respectively. CONCLUSIONS To maintain the stability of staff members for infectious disease prevention and control at the grass-roots in Beijing, the working conditions should be improved and the income should be raised.
