摘　　要：综述影响青霉素类抗生素稳定性的主要因素,包括溶液pH、水分、温度等,以及测定此类药物中有关物质的分析方法,为该类药物的质量控制提供依据。The factors affecting the stability of peniciUins, including pH, moisture content of drug and temperature were reviewed. The main determination techniques of related substances of penicillins were introduced to control the quality of these drugs.
