摘　　要：目的：建立气相色谱法测定止痒消炎水中冰片、薄荷脑和麝香草酚的含量。方法：采用聚乙二醇毛细管柱EC^TM-WAX（30m×0．25mm，0．25μm）和FID检测器；采用程序式升温法，初始柱温为110℃，以7℃／min升温至200℃；分流进样，分流比为20：1，进样量为1μL。结果：薄荷脑、异龙脑、龙脑和麝香草酚分别在0．2823～2．2584、0．1232～0．9856、0．1569～1．2552和0．1503～1．2024vg范围内线性关系良好，其平均回收率（n=9）分别为100．7％（RSD=1．23％）、99．3％（RSD=0．78％）、100．4％（RSD=1．21％）和100．8％（RSD=1．45％）。结论：本法简便、快速、准确，可用于止痒消炎水的质量控制。Objective： To establish a GC method for the determination of bomeolum syntheticum , menthol and thymolum in Zhiyang Xiaoyan lotion. Method： The analysis column was EC^TM-WAX（30 m × 0.25 mm,0.25 μm）, and the FID was used as a detector. The column temperature was initially kept at 110 ℃, then gradually increased to 200℃ at a rate of 7℃/min. Split injection was used, the split ratio was 20： 1, and the injection volume was 1 μL. Results： Satisfactory linearity of menthol, （ ＋ ） bomeol, bomeol and thymolum were obtained in the range of 0.282 3-2.258 4, 0. 123 2-0.958 6,0. 156 9-1.255 2 and 0. 150 3-1.202 4 μg, respectively. And the average recoveries （ n = 9） were 100.7 % （ RSD = 1.23 % ）, 99.3 % （ RSD = 0.78 % ）, 100.4 % （RSD = 1.21% ） and 100.8 % （ RSD = 1.45 % ）, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Zhiyang Xiaoyan lotion.
