摘　　要：为充分利用异地的专家技术资源和分散的数控设备资源,实现NC代码及机床文件的远程实时传输,在VisualBasic6·0开发工具下,基于TCP/IP协议,以Winsock控件为基础,采用Client/Server结构模式,开发出了一个能对NC代码、语音、文本信息、加工仿真视频文件等进行高效、实时传输的数控机床远程通信系统。实践表明,该系统操作方便,运行良好,功能也容易扩展,是网络化制造中远程通信的一个成功范例。For making the best of technical resource and dispersive numerical equipment resource, achieving long - distance real - time transmission for NC code and document of machine tool, under the environment of Visual Basic 6.0 development tool, through the agreement platform of TCP/IP, on the basis of Winsock control, adopting Client/Server structure pattern, this paper have developed a numerical control longdistance communication system, which can carry on real - time transmission effectively for the NC code, the pronunciation, the textual information, the video file of machining simulation and so on. The practice indicates that this system manipulate expediently, run well, and easily expand function. This system is one of the successful examples in the network manufacture of long-distance communication.
