摘  要:某电厂600 MW机组3号高压加热器筒体下半部分的疏水液位处发生多次泄漏,为了分析泄漏原因,对3号高压加热器进行了在线的温度和应力测量,并采用ANSYS有限元软件进行温度场和应力场模拟计算与分析。结果表明,由于3号高压加热器包壳泄漏,使得疏水液位处筒体产生明显的温度梯度和较高的交变应力,从而引起筒体疲劳破坏,产生了泄漏。The leakage at drain water- level in lower half part of barrel shell of the high -pressure heater for 600 MW unit in one power plant had occurred many times. In order to analyse the causes resulting in said leakages, on - line temperature and stress measurement have been carried out for the high - pressure heater no. 3, and the temperature field and stress field simulation being calculated and analysed by using ANSYS finite software. Results of analysis show that the leakage of enveloped shell makes the barrel shell at drain water-level to produce obvious temperature gradient and comparatively high alternating stress, causing the barrel shell to be damaged from fatigue, and finally resulting in leakage.
