摘 要:对几种凝汽器及真空系统漏入空气流量测量方法进行了比较,分析了各种方法的优、缺点和现场实施的可行性,建立了一种新的漏入空气流量测量方法,并在300 MW机组上实际应用,效果较好。该方法解决了实际运行机组现场测量漏入空气流量及抽气设备抽吸空气流量测量问题,为研究空气对凝汽器和抽气设备性能影响奠定了基础,也为抽气设备现场性能试验提供了一种新的思路。A comparison of several measuring methods for flow rate of air leaking into condenser and vacuum system has been carried out, the advantages and disadvantages of each method and feasibility of its implementation in the field being analysed, and a new method for measuring flow rate of air leaking into condenser and vacuum system being created. The new mthod has been practically used on 300 MW units, obtaining better results. The new method solved the problems of measuring the flow rate for leaking- in air and that of extracting air in the air- extracting equipment at the field of units' practical operation, laying a foundation for studying the influence of air upon the performace of condenser and of the air - extracting equipment, and providing with a new idea for testing the performace of air - extracting equipment at the field.
