弱感光籼稻不育系万金A与博A测配组合主要性状比较

摘  要:用具互作型弱感光特性籼稻三系不育系万金A、博A与同一组恢复系配组,对杂交种F1的主要农艺性状及其对产量的效应进行比较。结果表明,万金A系列组合的产量总体表现要优于博A系列组合,但组合间的产量差异因恢复系不同而异;万金A系列组合主要表现植株高大、穗大粒多、千粒重和单株粒重高的相对优势,但存在生育期稍长、单株穗数和结实率偏低等问题;万金A系列组合的穗实粒数、单株穗数对产量直接作用最大,着粒密度、千粒重和单株穗数通过穗实粒数对产量间接效应最高,而博A系列组合的穗总粒数、单株穗数对产量直接作用最大,千粒重通过穗总粒数对产量间接效应为最高。The comparison in major agronomic traits was conducted between the F1 hybrids of WanjinA and those of BoA, two CMS lines with the characteristic of weak sensitivity to photoperiod, by the way of incomplete diallel cross with the same group of restorer lines. The results showed that WanjinA had a better performance of yield than BoA generally, and discrepancies in yield between hybrids originated from the same restorer line were different. Compared with the F1 hybrids of BoA, the F1 hybrids of WanjinA had stronger heterosis in the traits of growth duration, plant height, panicle length, total grains per panicle, filled grains per panicle, grains density, 1 000 grain weight and grain weight per plant, but weaker heterosis in panicles per plant and seed setting rate. Judged by path coefficients, direct effect of filled grains per panicle and panicles per plant on yield is important in F1 hybrids of WanjinA, and direct effect of total grains per panicle and panicles per plant on yield is important in F1 hybrids of BoA. Indirect effect of grains density, 1 000 grain weight and panicles per plant upon yield is important in F1 hybrids of WanjinA, and indirect effect of the 1 000 grain weight upon yield is significant in F1 hybrids of BoA.
