摘 要:文中对螺旋折流板管壳式换热器壳侧局部传热、局部流速及阻力性能进行了实验研究,测量结果表明,其壳侧局部传热膜系数与点速度是沿换热器的径向距离增大而增大,且局部传热膜系数的变化规律与相应点速度变化规律相一致。所取6个测量位置点分布较为均匀,基本上反映了换热器局部相应换热及流场分布规律。同时文中归纳出换热器壳侧的平均努塞尔准数Nu与雷诺准数Re的关联式及流动阻力系数f与雷诺准数Re的关联式,为换热器的实际运用提供了参考依据。The local heat transfer performance, the distribution of velocity and the flow .resistance of shell-tube heat exchanger with helical barnes were studied experimentally. The measurement results indicate that the local heat transfer coefficient of tube bundle and the velocity of gas flow in shell-side increase with the increasing of radial distance of heat exchanger, and their change rules are similar. Selected six positions suitably reflect the change rules of the local heat transfer and the velocity of gas flow. The relationships between the average Nu and the Re number, and the flow resistance coefficient f and the Re number in shell-side of the heat exchanger were induced, thus providing the reference for the design of this kind of heat exchanger.
