摘 要:对用亚氯酸钠与实验开发的固体脲盐酸化剂反应实现二氧化氯缓释的可行性进行了实验研究,并对以此为主反应制备的缓释型二氧化氯及其释放规律进行了分析测定。研究表明,固体脲盐具有较强的吸湿性和酸性,是实现氧化法生产二氧化氯反应的重要基础。使用载体和助剂,调整系统中水的质量分数,可以改变二氧化氯的释放周期和释放速率峰值,适宜的载体为分子筛和羧甲基纤维素纳(CMC),分子筛与脲盐的最佳质量比为2∶1,助剂硫酸镁的加入可以在延长二氧化氯释放周期的同时使释放过程更加平稳,为二氧化氯控制释放的研究、应用提供依据和参考。The feasibility of slowly released chlorine dioxide which is produced with sodium chlorite and a new invented solid uranium salt acidified reagent was studied. The chlorine dioxide releasing regularity was measured and analyzed. The solid uranium salt with strong hygroscopic capacity and acidity is the important base of producing chlorine dioxide in oxidation process. By adding the carriers and assistant reagents, the system hygroscopic capacity is adjusted, so the chlorine dioxide releasing period and peak value of releasing velocity are changed. Better carriers are the molecular sieve and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium (CMC), and optimal mass ratio of molecular sieve and uranium salt is 2 : 1. Releasing period of chlorine dioxide can be prolonged and the process becomes stable by adding assistant reagent of magnesium sulfate. This study can be as a base and reference for research and application of controlled release chlorine dioxide.
