摘 要:免疫系统识别"非我"和"自我"的过程是依赖于不同的受体来完成的,作为先天性免疫系统的重要组成部分及连接获得性免疫与先天性免疫的"桥梁",Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)是生物的一种模式识别受体(pattern recognition receptor,PRR),它主要通过识别病原相关分子模式(pathogen-associated molecularpatterns,PAMPs)来启动免疫反应。已发现TLRs在炎症、细胞信号转导、细胞凋亡、肿瘤等发生过程中扮演重要角色。随着分子细胞生物学的发展,有关TLRs的研究必将更加深入,同时也会进一步拓展对机体免疫机制的认识。The process of immune system to discriminate "self" and "nonself" depends on the variety of receptors. As the important ingredient of innate immune system, and bearing the bridge between the adaptive immune and innate immune, Toll-like receptors (TLRs) play important roles in execution of immune system function. Meanwhile, TLRs are typical pattern recognition receptors(PRP) of different creatures, and activate immune response through discriminating the pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs). The present study suggests that TLRs have the significant performance in process of inflammation, cell signal transduction, apoptosis and tumor. With the development of molecular cell biology, the great advancement will gain in the research of TLRs, which will advance us to tackle the puzzle of all biotic-phenomenons.
