摘  要:抗独特型抗体作为疫苗以其独特的优点为疫病的预防开辟了新的途径,它不仅能诱导体液免疫应答,亦能诱导细胞免疫应答。抗独特型疫苗能够刺激机体产生抗病毒、细菌、寄生虫感染的特异性和保护性免疫。近年来,在动物体内的试验结果表明,抗独特型疫苗能够刺激机体产生足够的免疫力,显示了巨大的研究和临床应用潜力。The use of anti-idiotypic antibody as a vaccine with its unique forte opens a new avenue for the prevention of diseases. Anti-idiotype vaccines can elicit not only humoral immunity but also cellular immunity,and have been used in animal to trigger the immune system to induce specific and protective immunity against viral, bacterial, and parasitic infections. In recent years, the results from animal studies indicated that anti-idiotype vaccines could produce enough immunity and had a great potential in both research and clinical application.
