摘　　要：从高校科学研究工作的特点与技术创新活动之间的差别、技术交易的特点和技术交易需要具备的条件,以及我国企业技术吸纳能力的现状等三方面,分析了阻碍高校科技成果转化的障碍因素。分析表明,制度性和机理性障碍导致传统的科技成果转化路径,事实上是一条很难行得通的路径,必须探索和设计有效的产学研合作模式。In the paper, the impediments to the transform of achievements of scientific research from universities are analyzed from three aspects. First, the differences between the work of scientific research and activities of technological innovation are pointed out. Then, the characteristics of technology transactions and the conditions leading to its success are investigated. Finally, the technological absorption capabilities of enterprises in our country are discussed. From the analysis, it is concluded that there are lots of barriers of the traditional way to transform the achievements of scientific research.
