摘　　要：目前领导理论出现了一种类似于1961年管理学家孔茨描述管理理论时所指的混乱状态,将之喻为"领导理论丛林"。在"丛林"中,许多关于领导的定义和观点彼此冲突。描述了"丛林"状态,并分析了其产生的根源,最后提出了解决这种状态的办法和发展领导学科的建议。Currently leadership theories contradict each other and appear a jungle, posing much confusion among researchers and practitioners, just as the management theories jungle described by Koontz in 1961. This paper describes such confusion, analyzes its sources, and puts foreword solutions to the confusion and suggestions for the development of leadership discipline.
