摘 要:分析比较了棉铃虫质型多角体病毒江苏株A、B两种类型的离体复制特性。HaCPV-A型(CPV14型)病毒可在多种昆虫细胞系中复制,而B型病毒只能在同源细胞系中增殖;A型病毒的感染率和细胞内游离病毒粒子的滴度均高于B型病毒;感染细胞持续传代表明,HaCPV-A型病毒感染的HA-831细胞在连续传代7次后,感染率从最初的10.6%上升到80%以上,反之,B型病毒感染的细胞,传代9次后已不能形成典型的多角体。同时,我们还率先成功地建立了CPV的空斑测定技术,并初步尝试了混合型HaCPV的分离纯化。Helicoverpa armigera cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus (Jiangsu isolate) is of two type:type a (designated as CPV type14) and type B.The replication of the two types in different cell lines was studied.Four cell lines were permissive to HaCPV type A replication and large amount of polyhedra were produced,whereas HaCPV type B infected only two homologous cell lines.Serial subcultures of HaCPV-infected cell lines showed that the infectivity of HaCPV type A increased from 10.6% to 82.3% through seven subcultures in HA-831 cells,whereas HaCPV type B infectivity decreased from 8.8% at the first subculture to zero through nine subcultures in HA-831 cells.Also,a plaque assay technique on titration HaCPV was first developed in this paper.
