摘　　要：目的基于口腔专科医院信息化建设需要,探讨基于HL7标准的XML语言在口腔正畸电子病历数据结构以及录入、交换、集成、存储、安全等方面的应用。方法在新一代口腔专科医院信息化管理系统上,采用面向对象技术,基于Windows2000/XP平台,以XML语言和HL7标准为具体手段,构建口腔正畸电子病历功能模块和网络运行构架,开发出面向正畸临床的网络化电子病历管理系统。结果基于HL7标准和XML语言的口腔正畸电子病例可准确、方便地进行临床资料的信息化管理,解决了正畸专科电子病历的结构、操作、数据交换和安全等问题。结论本研究为口腔正畸医师和医疗管理者提供了一种高度信息化的正畸临床资料管理模式,提高了口腔正畸专科医疗质量控制手段和管理效率。Objective As the requirement of information construction in stomatology hospitals, to explore the application of XML in data structure,input, exchange,integration, storage and security of medical information based on HLT. Methods On the basis of the new information management system, patient-oriented technology, Windows2000/XP operation system, XML and HL7, we developed the functional modules and network architecture of computerized patient records, then,established the clinic-oriented computerized patient records system. Results Orthodontic computerized patient record based on XML and HL7 was accurate and convenient to manage the orthodontic clinical data, which improved its structure, operation, data exchange and security. Conclusion Our study provides a highly informationized management model for orthodontists and medical managers, which improves the orthodontic medical quality control and management efficiency.
