摘　　要：目的掌握患者住院前的健康状况,区别患者感染途径,避免医疗纠纷,防止院内感染和医务人员职业感染。方法用ELISA法对37607例住院患者血清进行抗-HIV、抗-HCV、抗-TP 3项指标检测。抗-HIV初筛阳性送疾控中心确认,抗-HCV阳性进行双孔复查,抗-TP阳性经TPPA确认。结果检出抗-HIV阳性39例,阳性率0.10%,2006年比2003年增长5.8倍;抗-HCV阳性429例,阳性率1.14%,与相关文献报道一致;抗-TP阳性1 133例,阳性率3.01%,每年感染率较前1年差异均有统计学意义。3项血清学指标感染状况,内科均高于外科。结论通过调查结果显示,本地区抗-HCV感染属于我国正常人群分布,抗-HIV和抗-TP感染率较高,特别是艾滋病流行已从高危人群走向普通人群,应引起相关部门重视。Objective To grasp the health condition of pre-admission patients, distinguish the route of infection, avoid medical treatment dispute,and to prevent the hospital onset of infection and occupation infection in medical personnel. Methods 37 607 in patients were tested for anti-HIV,anti-HCV,and anti-TP by ELISA. Anti-HIV seropositives preliminary screening was confirmed in the Center for Disease Control of Chongqing,anti-HCV seropositives were rechecked with diplopore and anti-TP were affirmed with TPPA. Results Incidence of seropositives （39 cases） for anti-HIV was 0.01 % ,which was 5.8 times in 2006 more than that in 2003;the incidence of seropositives （429 cases） for anti-HCV was 1.14% ,which was conformed with the reports before; the incidence of seropositives （1133 cases） for anti-TP was 3.01 %,which was always significantly different than the year before. The infection condition about three serology indexes in the internal medicine department were higher than those in the surgical department. Conclusion The local anti-HCV infection condition is coincident to normal distribution in＇our country,anti-HIV and anti-TP infection rates are higher, especially the AIDS popularity moves from high-risk group to the common crowd. These should cause the related departments to pay attention.
