天然苏木色素羊毛染色中不同媒染剂染色工艺研究

摘　　要：采用苏木色素与不同金属离子媒染,对羊毛染色工艺进行研究。结果表明,对于天然苏木色素染色,媒染剂不同,染后羊毛的颜色差别较大,可以通过媒染剂的变化、组合获得丰富的色彩;苏木色素用于羊毛染色较好的工艺为:在pH值为4.5、50℃条件下预媒染色30min,然后在pH值为4～5、70℃左右染色40～50min。This paper studies the wool dyeing technology using the hematoxylin when mordanting with different metallic ions. The research results show that the dyed wool color is different when using different dye mordants. Therefore, plenty of colors can be obtained by changes and combination of different dye mordants. In addition, the better wool dyeing technology using the natural hematoxylin is: pre-mordanting of 30 minutes when the pH value is 4.5 and the temperature is 50 ℃, then dyeing of 40 to 50 minutes when the pH value is from 4 to 5 and the temperature is 70 ℃.
