大型盘车系统分析与设计

摘　　要：盘车装置主要用于检查机组非正式运转、安装或检修时,系统是否存在别劲、卡死等现象的一种机械装置,同时它对机组同轴度校验也非常重要。本文在比较电动盘车、液压盘车的结构组成以及各自特点的基础上,以大型减速器的盘车设计为例,总结出了常规盘车装置的设计方法与步骤。该设计方法对国内盘车装置设计有一定的参考价值。The barring device is mainly used to check weather mechanical system is in good operating conditions when fixed or maintained,or before working.Based on the comparison of configurations and properties of electric barring device and hydraulic one,taking the design of barring device with a large-scale reducer as an example,design methods and key points of conventional barring device are discussed and summarized.The method will be useful to design other type barring devices for specialists.
