摘 要:利用比表面积法和傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)研究了表面改性剂KH560对纳米SiO2的影响,结果表明,表面改性剂处理纳米SiO2有较好的分散效果。通过力学性能测试、DSC热分析和SEM照片观测对PP/纳米SiO2复合材料的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:纳米SiO2对PP有异相成核作用,当纳米SiO2含量为2%时,复合材料的综合力学性能好。SEM电镜分析得出,经表面改性的纳米SiO2均匀地分散于PP中,从而起到良好的改性作用。SiO2 nanoparticles treated with a surface-treating agent KH560 were investigated by BET and FT-IR.The results show that the surface-treating agent modified to SiO2 nanoparticles has an stronger effect.The microstructure and properties of the PP/nano-SiO2 composites was studied by mechanical properties,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results indicated that the composite with 2% treated nano-SiO2 had the best mechanical properties.DSC showed that the addition of nano-SiO2 into PP has an obvious nucleating effect on the crystallization of PP.SEM analysis showed that the modified nano-SiO2 particles were homogeneously dispersed in the PP matrix,which indicated it had good modification effect on PP.
