白萨福克羊和特克塞尔羊季节性生理生化指标比较分析

摘　　要：对甘肃永昌肉用种羊场的白萨福克羊(White Suffolk)和特克塞尔羊(Texel)全年16项生理生化指标进行了全面测定.2种羊在同一时间引入,但是在不同季节,2种羊的表现不同.夏季所有羊的体温和呼吸频率都显著增加,其中白萨福克公羊的体温(39.76±0.40)℃和呼吸频率(67.33±5.96)次/min最高,秋季特克塞尔公羊体温(39.22±0.29)℃和呼吸频率(30.00±5.39)次/min最高;除特克塞尔羊只夏季的红细胞数偏低外,其余季节2种羊血液生理指标均在正常范围内;2个品种羊的钙、碱性磷酸酶和乳酸脱氢酶含量均较高,表现出对高海拔地区的代谢适应性.Sixteen physiological and biochemical indexes of White Suffolk and Texe in Yongchang, Gansu were compared. Both of two breeds of sheep were introduced in the district, and they had different performance in different season. Temperature and breath of all sheep increased significantly in summer. Temperature（39.76±0.40） and breath（67. 33±5. 96） of White Suffolk male sheep were the highest in summer, while that of Texel male sheep were the highest in autumn;all blood physiological indexes were in normal range except the red cell count of Texel in summer was a litter lower than normal level. High level of Calcium,ALK and LDH indicated adaptability of both two breeds in high altitude area.
