摘  要:应用因子分析法对2004年鄂西南18种烤烟主要化学成分进行了因子分析,并利用因子得分进行综合评价.整个计算借助于SPSS统计软件进行.鄂西南烤烟主要化学成分相关系数矩阵表明,烤烟多种化学成分间存在显著或极显著的相关性,相关系数矩阵前4个特征根的累计贡献率已达89.618%.由化学成分的因子载荷矩阵得到4个主因子,即碳氮因子、氯因子、燃烧性因子和氮碱比因子.综合评估为用烤烟主要化学成分判断烤烟品质提供依据,并为烤烟的生产提供参考.Based on the factor analysis method, the main chemical components of 18 kinds of flue-cured tobacco grown in the south-west of Hubei Province in 2004 was detected and analyzed. A comprehensive evaluation was carried out by using the factor scores. The correlation coefficient matrix of main chemical components of tobacco in the south-west of Hubei showed that significant or extremely significant correlation existed among the main chemical components. The contribution rate of first-four characteristic roots in the correlation coefficient matrix reached 89. 618%. Four main factors from the factor load matrix were defined,namely the carbon nitrogen factor, chlorine factor, combustion factor and the factor of Nitr/ Nic. Comprehensive analysis could be used as the basis for judging the quality of flue-cured tobacco according to the chemical components,and provide scientific reference to flue-cured tobacco production.
