摘 要:在北京和杭州市郊区进行了精甲霜灵在葡萄上的残留动态和最终残留试验,葡萄和土壤样品用甲醇提取,中性氧化铝柱净化,用带紫外检测器的液相色谱测定了其残留量。精甲霜灵的最低检出量为1.0×10-10g,在葡萄和土壤中的最低检出质量分数均为0.05mg/kg。在葡萄中的平均回收率为85.8% ̄101.8%,变异系数为3.5% ̄4.6%;在土壤中的平均回收率为94.3% ̄100.3%,变异系数为2.0% ̄3.6%,符合农药残留分析的要求。研究结果表明,精甲霜灵在葡萄上的半衰期为1.7 ̄5.2d,在土壤中的半衰期为2.8 ̄7.1d。68%金雷水分散粒剂按推荐剂量1800g/hm2和推荐剂量的1.5倍2700g/hm2使用4、5次,末次施药距收获间隔5、7、14d,精甲霜灵在葡萄中的残留量均低于CAC(联合国食品法典委员会)规定的MRL值1.0mg/kg,所以68%金雷水分散粒剂按推荐剂量方法使用,收获的葡萄是安全的。Field trail for metalaxyl-M residue in grape and soil were conducted in suburbs of Beijing and Hangzhou city, respectively. Residues of metalaxyl-M were extracted from grape and soil with methanol, purified by neutral alumina columniation, concentrated and determined by HPLC with UV detector. The lowest detection limit of instrument for metalaxyl-M was 1.0 × 10^-10 g. The limit of quantification was both 0.05 mg/kg for grape and soil. The average recovery of grape and soil were 85.8-101.8%, 94.3-100.3% and coefficient of variation were 3.5-4.6%, 2.0-3.6%, respectively. The results showed that the half-life of metalaxyl-M in grape and soil were 1.7-5.2 days, 2.8-7.1 days, respectively. When the grape was sprayed four times or five times with metalaxyl-M 68% WG at the doses of 1 800 g/ha and 2700 g/ha, at the fifth, seventh, and fourteenth day after the last application, the final residue of metalaxyl-M in grape did not exceed maximum residue limit 1.0 mg/kg established by CAC. According to the results, while metalaxyl-M 68% SC was applied by recommended dose, grape is safe to diet when harvest.
