摘　　要：《三湘都市报》在主流化过程中,形成了一些初步的对策:准确定位,确保老百姓喜闻乐见;做精做深时政新闻、深度报道和评论,增强权威性;加强创新意识,提高报纸质量;改革用人机制,留住和吸引人才等。During the mainstreaming of ＂Sanxiang City express＂ ,some preliminary c have been put forward：For example, with accurate localization on the newspaper, turning the mainstream media into which the common people love;Through the current politics news, the depth report and the commentary, promoting it＇s authority; through strengthen the innovative ideology, improving it＇s quality and so on..
