摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对阴囊疾病的诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对196例阴囊疾病进行检查诊断,30例急性附睾炎经治疗得以证实,余均经手术、病理证实。结果超声对阴囊疾病的检出率为99.5%,诊断符合率为93.4%,误诊率为6.1%,未定性率为0.5%。结论超声作为一种无创性检测手段,在阴囊疾病的诊断方面超声具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler uhrasonography in scrotal disease. Methods A total of 196 cases of patients with scrotal disease were examined with ultrasound before operation or medicine treatment. The ultrasound resuhs shows 30 cases were compared with pathological diagnosis after operation or clinical diagnosis. Results The detection rate of uhrasonography was 99.5%, the accuracy rate was 93.4%, the misdiagnosis rate was 6.1%, the uncertain rate was 0.5%. Conclusion As a non - invasive diagnostic method, uhrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis of scrotal disease.
