摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对老年原发性高血压的影响。方法选择符合条件的患者200例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规口服降压药物,观察组在此基础上给以知识宣教、心理、用药、行为等方面的针对性护理干预。结果观察组在改善血压、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能有效改善老年原发性高血压患者的不良状况。Objective To study the effects of nursing intervention on elderly hypertensive. Methods 200 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group ,The control group received conventional oral antihypertensive drugs while the observation group also received Dawa, psychological, medication and the practice of targeted nursing intervention besides the drugs. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in improving blood pressure, fasting glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride （P〈0.05）, Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve elderly patients with essential hypertension adverse conditions.
