消炎止痛液横突孔内注射治疗慢性腰腿痛临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析消炎止痛液横突孔内注射治疗慢性腰腿痛临床效果。方法选择主诉有下腰痛和腰腿痛病人64例,并分别经过CT、MRI和X线腰椎摄片检查确诊为腰椎间盘突出或腰椎骨质增生。将样本随机分成两组,即消炎止痛液组(38例)和中药混合组(26例),采用腰椎横突孔内药物注射,每周1次,4次为1疗程。结果消炎止痛液组显效23例,有效14例,无效1例;中药混合组显效6例,有效16例,无效4例。两组总有效率分别为97.37%和84.62%,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。疗程结束后两个月跟踪疗效评定,消炎止痛液组优良率为92.11%,中药混合组优良率为73.08%,两组治疗的远期效果比较,消炎止痛液组明显优于中药混合组(P<0.01)。结论两组药物腰椎横突孔内注射治疗慢性腰腿痛均有一定的实用价值和临床效果,而消炎止痛液的近期疗效和远期效果都优于中药混合液。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of antiphlogistic and analgesic solution injection into intervertebral foramen in treatment of chronic lumbago and scelalgia. Methods 64 patients with lumbago and scelagia caused by lumbar disc hermiation and lumbar hyperostosis diagnosed by CT, MRI and X my, The patients were randomized into the antiphlo- gistic and analgesic group （38 patients） and the Chinese medicine group （26 patients）. The medicine was injected to intervertebral foramen once every week for four weeks. Results 23 patients were significantly effective, 14 were effective and 1 was no effective in the antiphlogistic and analgesic group while 6 patients were significantly effective, 16 were effective and 4 was no effective in the Chinese medicine group after two months treatment. The effective rate of the antiphlogistic and analgesic group was 92.1% while the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 73.0 %. Healing rate and general utility rate of the antiphlogistic and analgesic group were superior to the Chinese medicine group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The two treatment methods are both effective for chronic lumbago and scelalgia patients, but the antiphlogistic and analgesic is better than the Chinese medicine therapy not only in the near future but at a specified future date.
