摘 要:[目的]了解某部战士艾滋病(AIDS)防治知识的知晓情况,评价开展AIDS健康教育和行为干预的效果,为部队开展AIDS健康教育提供依据。[方法]采用匿名问卷调查战士中AIDS防治知识知晓情况,然后采取健康讲座、派发宣传资料等干预措施。1个月后再以问卷形式评估干预效果。[结果]健康教育活动后战士关于AIDS常识、传播途径、预防措施等正确回答率有显著提高。对待HIV感染者及AIDS病人的态度大部分战士虽然选择了同情,但同时却不愿与其交往。大多数战士认为在军营内开展AIDS健康教育非常必要。[结论]近年来随着AIDS健康教育的广泛开展,基层部队战士的AIDS基本知识水平有了较大提高但仍不全面,进一步加强针对性的健康教育很有必要。[Objective] To understand AIDS related knowledge among basic soldiers of certain unit and evaluate the effects of health education and behavioral interventions for AIDS prevention, and to provide aeeurate information for promoting AIDS education in the army. [ Methods] Information on related awareness on AIDS prevention and control was collected by anonymous questionnaires. Then interventions, such as giving lectures and distributing brochures or leaflets were implemented. And the effects of the interventions were assessed again by questionnaires one month later. [ Results ] After the education, prevention knowledge on AIDS among the basic soldiers was improved significantly. Although most soldiers chose sympathetic attitudes to HIV carriers and AIDS patients, some of them were still averse to contact with HIV carriers and AIDS patients. All of the soldiers thought it was necessary to carry, out the health education on AIDS in the army. [ Conclusion] Although the basic soldiers have already greatly raised their levels of the basic knowledge about AIDS as a result of extensive development of health education on AIDS in the recent years, their knowledge is still limited. It is necessary to strengthen the direction of health education on AIDS among basic soldiers.
