竹林胺治疗产后严重尿潴留的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析竹林胺治疗产后严重尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:选择2003年1月至2006年12月在岳池县人民医院住院产妇产后尿潴留101例,分二组(导尿+竹林胺、VitB1组;导尿+新斯的明组)观察疗效评价。结果:竹林胺组29例100%成功治愈,新斯的明组成功率72.4%。结论:竹林胺联合导尿治疗产后严重尿潴留疗效显著,成功率100%。Objective the goal analyzes the clinical curative effect which the bamboo grove amine treatment post-natal serious zhu remains. Methods Chooses 2003.1 to 2006.12 zhu keeps 101 examples in the Yuechi County people hospital in hospital parturient woman post-natal urine, Divides two groups （the catheterization bamboo grove amine, the VitB1 group; The catheterization ten new Si＇s bright groups） observe the curative effect appraisal. Results Bamboo grove amine group 29 example 100% success cure, new Si＇s bright composition power 72.4 %. Conclusion The bamboo grove amine union catheterization treatment post-natal serious urine zhu keeps the curative effect to be remarkable, success ratio 100 %.
