猪胸导管内皮细胞分离与培养

摘　　要：目的:建立分离猪淋巴管内皮细胞的技术及其培养方法。方法:本研究采用的研究方法包括细胞培养、免疫组织化学、光镜观察。结果:猪的胸导管内皮细胞具有一般淋巴管内皮细胞的特征。抗人Ⅷ因子相关抗原的免疫过氧化氢酶染色反应阳性。结论:培养的猪胸导管内皮细胞可做为相关基础和临床研究的细胞模型。Objective：To establish the technology of isolation of Lymphatic endothelial cells of pig thoracic duct and the culture method of their endothelium. Methods： Cell culture, immunohistochemistry, LM was adopted to observe the result. Results： Lymphatic endothelial cells of pig thoracic duct possessed general morphological characteristic of normal lymphatic endothelial cells, expressed factor Ⅵ - associated antigen. Conclusion： Culture Lymphatic endothelial cells of pig thoracic duct can be used as cell model for relative basic and clinical study.
