利用扩张器治疗面旁正中部瘢痕的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨一个治疗面旁正中部位瘢痕较合理的治疗流程,形成一个相对固定的治疗模式。方法:对2004年～2007年间利用皮肤软组织扩张技术治疗面旁正中部瘢痕41例进行归纳和总结。结果:本组患者33例瘢痕一次完全切除,8例部分切除,效果满意。结论:本文总结的治疗流程设计合理,效果确实可靠,可以作为一种固定的模式供借鉴和参考。Objective To investigate a reasonable method about the treatment for Para-median facial scar and form a relative fixed treat pattern. Methods 41 patients with Para-median facial scar which treated by skin soft tissue expander skills from 2004 to 2007 were summed up. Results 33 patients have the facial scars completely excised one time, and 8 patients have the facial scar partly excised. All cases have satisfactory results. Conclusion The treat pattern summarized by this passage is reasonab and reliable. It can be used as a fixed pattern for reference.
