农用地分等中土地利用系数与经济系数的探讨——以广东省惠州市惠城区为例

摘　　要：农用地分等是根据农用地的自然属性和经济属性对农用地的质量优劣进行的综合评定。土地利用系数和土地经济系数是农用地等别计算中两个重要参数,它们的计算与确定直接影响农用地利用等指数和农用地等指数。为此,以惠州市惠城区为例,探讨了两系数的计算方法,并对土地利用系数等值区和土地经济系数等值区的划分方法进行了分析。The agricultural land classification is an integrated appraise to the land＇s quality, which base in the land＇s natural attribute and economic attribute. The land use coefficient and economic coefficient are important parameters in the agricultural land classification. Took the Huicheng District in Huizhou city as an example, this article has discussed s the computational method of two coefficient, and has carried on the brief analysis to how to divide the land utilization coefficient equivalent area and the land economical coefficient equivalent area.
