摘　　要：深入分析了运用spring框架的系统体系架构,介绍了结合内蒙古乳业现状而开发的信息平台的总体结构,并对系统主要功能模块的关键技术做了详细描述。疾病预警系统的信息接收确认及遗漏自动补发机制,可有效控制疫情蔓延。另外,详细介绍了基于专家系统原理的计算机辅助诊断系统的总体结构及实现方法。整个系统运用spring框架代替struts,使扩展性增强。Nalyse the framework of this system based on spring MVC deeply. Introduce the whole architecture of this information platform which was developed according to status of Inner Mongolia dairy. And the key technologies that used in the main function modules are described in detail. Disease warning system includes the mechanism of SMS received reliably and reissued automatically. It could control the spread of related epidemic effectively. Present in detail the whole architecture and mouthed of realization for the computer-aided diagnosis system with expert system. Help to increase the extensibility of the system, using spring MVC instead of struts MVC.
