摘　　要：随着电力通讯系统的不断发展,迫切需要信息量大、抗干扰能力强的通讯系统,即OPGW复合光缆通讯。文中介绍了光缆施工的质量保证措施与安全保证措施。Along with the continuous development of electric power communication system, the large information capacity and strong anti-interference ability communication system＇, such as optical power grounded waveguide （OPGW）, is urgently needed. The guaranteed measures of quality control and safe construction for OPGW was introduced.
