摘  要:为适应油井产能变化,潜油电泵一般采用变频调参,但是对于排量变化范围不大或频率变化较小的机组,采用变频调参并不能取得很好的应用效果。综合分析了变频调参和井口油嘴调参的基本方法及各自的特点,对两种调参方式的一次性投入成本和生产能耗进行了对比分析。提出以负载功率为判据的能耗判断方法和采用"一变频多井用"优化组合方式,实现油田效益的最大化。对比分析结果表明,在预计的排量范围和寿命周期内,有些情况采用井口油嘴调参比变频调参更简单经济。To adapt to the change of oil well productivity, VSD adjusting -parameter is commonly adopted for electric submersible pump, But to some units that have little pumping rate or have little change of frequency, VSD can not be used to get satisfying application effect. The paper synthetically analyses the basic manners and their characteristics of two kinds of ESP adjusting - parameters (surface choke adjusting- parameter and VSD adjusting- parameter, comparing primary input- cost and productive energy consumption between two kinds of manners, The method of determining energy consumption based on load power is presented, The energy consumption analysis method using load power and the approach adopting one VSD controller to serve several ESP are suggested to fully re alize oilfield production efficiency, Within estimated pumping rate and lifetime cycle, correlation analysis shows that surface choke adjusting - parameter is sometimes more simple and economic than VSD adjusting - parameter.
