摘 要:松辽盆地北部深层气田储层埋藏深,岩性复杂,存在大量微裂缝、孔洞,通过压裂改造可获取较高的产能。在气井压裂施工中破裂压力高,压力波动大,施工难度大,亟需新的压裂工艺及压裂工具。为此而研究开发的深层气井压裂投产一次完井技术优选压裂工艺及管柱,通过逐级投球实现多段压裂和投产的目的。压裂投产一次完井管柱关键是压裂密封工作筒,从压裂密封工作筒工作原理、锥体受力分析及计算入手,在大量室内试验的基础上,通过对压裂密封工作筒与插入密封段及其密封胶圈的改进完善,探讨、研究提高压裂密封工作筒承压能力的方法,根据松辽盆地北部深层气井实际研制不同规格密封工作筒及配套插入密封段,满足深层气井压裂生产需要。优化喷砂器等工具,形成深层气井压裂投产一体化管柱,管柱及井下工具耐温150℃,耐压80 MPa,可提高施工效率,降低储层伤害率。Deep gas fields in northern Songliao Basin feature in deeply buried reservoir and complicated lithology. There exist a lot microcracks and holes. Higher productivity can be obtained based on fracturing transformation. New fracturing processes and tools are urgently needed to solve such problems as higher fracturing pressure, great change of pressure, and difficult gas well fracturing operation. So primary completion technology for deep gas well fracturing and operation is developed to optimize fracturing processes and strings and to realize multi - interval fracturing and operation on the basis of successive ball throwing. Sealing bore is the key to primary completion string. This paper begins the study of the principle of sealing bores, the stress analysis and calculation of cones. Based on many laboratory tests, it discusses the method to improve the capacity of sealing bores resistant to pressure by perfecting scaling bores, inserted sealed intervals, and sealing rings. According to the real conditions of deep gas wells in northern Songliao Basin, it develops sealing bores of different sizes and their matching inserted sealed intervals, meeting the requirement of deep gas well fracturing production. By improving tools like sand blaster, strings integrating fracturing and operation of deep gas wells arc developed. Such strings and downhole tools can be resistant to 150℃ and 80 MPa, which can be used to improve the efficiency of construction and lower damage to reservoir.
