摘　　要：稠油出砂冷采是近年来从加拿大兴起的一项稠油开采新技术。稠油的开采是缓解原油短缺的重要手段,经济、高效地开发稠油具有重要的现实和战略意义,目前稠油出砂冷采已成为热点。稠油出砂冷采是使油层大量出砂形成蚯蚓洞网络和形成稳定泡沫油而获得较高的原油产量。能否应用这一技术进行开采主要取决于储层及原油性质等因素,以及配套的工艺技术。The cold heavy oil production （CHOP） is a new heavy oil development technology first appeared in Canada in recent years. Exploiting heavy oil resource will be the important means to lessen the pressure resulted in crude oil shortage. There are realistic and strategic meanings of economically and effi- ciently exploiting heavy oil reservoirs. Nowadays, cold production with sand has become a hot spot for heavy oil development. The cold heavy oil production （CHOP） is based on both worm hole which occur af- ter a great lot of sand is produced and steady foaming crude, by which the oil production can be remarkably enhanced. Whether applying the technology to develop the reservoirs mainly to be decided by reservoir and oil characters, moreover it needs to study the matching technologies.
