摘　　要：通过小型甘蔗收割机单圆盘切割系统运动方程、单圆盘切割系统不漏割以及刀盘与甘蔗不接触的一般条件式,结合甘蔗收割要求,建立了仿真试验模型;并对切割系统不漏割在ADAMS中进行运动学仿真,为小型甘蔗收割机切割系统结构参数和运动参数设计提供依据。Through the small sugarcane harvester single disc cutting system equation of motion, the single disc cutting system leakproof shears the generic condition type which as well as the cutter head and the sugar cane do not contact, the union sugarcane harvests the request, establishes the simulation experiment model, and to cuts the system leakproof to shear in ADAMS carries on the kinematics simulation, cuts the system design parameter and the parameter of movement design for the small sugarcane harvester provides the basis.
