摘 要:实验采用山东兖州煤样为实验样品,首先选出去除黄铁矿硫的最佳团聚剂和抑制剂,然后通过单因素和正交实验探索了搅拌时间、离心时间、团聚剂加药量、抑制剂加药量等因素对团聚脱硫效果的影响。确定出含煤5%的矿浆最佳脱硫方案为:离心时间10 min,搅拌时间4.5 min,抑制剂用量625 g/t,团聚剂用量875 g/t,并进行了验证实验,得出精煤产率73.46%、精煤硫分1.81%、脱硫完善度指数修正值44.53%,明显优于在不加药剂的条件下各指标的值。This thesis adopts Yanzhou fine coal in Shandong as the experiment sample, First we select the best agglomeration reagent and depressant reagent of pyrite as desulfuriation reagent. Then we study the influencing factors which contain the mix-blending time, centrifugal time, the amount of added agglomeration reagent and the amount of added depressant reagent through single factor experiments and quadrature experiments. When slurry density in quadrature of experiments is 5 %, the best desulfurization program will be: 4.5 minutes as mix-blending time, 10 minutes as centrifugal time, 625 g/t as the amount of added potassium bichromate reagent,875 g/t as the amount of added dimethyl terephthalate reagent. The verification experiment shows that the yield of the coal after desulfurization is 73.46 %, the sulphur content is 1.81%, and rb is 44.53 %, which is abviously better than the experiment of the coal sample without any reagents.
