摘　　要：目的探讨阴道斜膈综合征的临床特征、诊断及治疗。方法对2000年3月至2006年5月间我院收治的10例阴道斜膈综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者年龄13-30岁,Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型7例,Ⅲ型1例;临床表现为下腹痛和痛经7例,阴道流脓3例,不孕症3例;10例例均合并双子宫,单角子宫2例,内膜囊肿3例;8例合并同侧肾脏缺如,2例合并马蹄肾;误诊2例;治疗以斜膈切开术为主,部分病例同时行内膜囊肿剥除和单角子宫切除。结论阴道斜膈综合征临床表现较多样,常合并泌尿系畸形,结合临床表现、超声检查和阴道探查可以早期诊断,提高对该疾病的认识可以减少误诊。Objective To discuss the characters,diagnosis and treatment of oblique vaginal septum syndrome. Methods Ten cases of oblique vaginal septum syndrome in the latest 6 year（from April 2000 to May 2006） were collected and＇analyzed retrospectively. Results The patients aged 13 - 30 including 2 cases of type Ⅰ,7 cases of type Ⅱ and 1 case of type Ⅲ ,had frequent symptoms of dysmenorrheal and abdominal pain （7 cases）, vaginal puruloid secretion （3 cases） and infertility （3 cases） ; 10 of them were complicated with double uterus,2 with unicornous uterus, 3 with endometrial cystis; 8 of them were complicated with ipsilatera renal agenesis, 2 with horseshoe kidney; 2 of them were misdiagnosised. The main treatments were septile incisions and sometimes together with essential cystectomy and unicomous hysterectomy. Conclusion The symptoms of oblique vaginal septum syndrome were diverse, commonly with companion of ungenitalsy stem malformation. It should be diagnosed as early as possible by clinical manifestation, vaginal examination and ultrasound reports, and the misdiagnosis rate can be reduced.
