摘 要:利用Visual Basic对SolidWorks进行了二次开发,开发了用于某型号嵌金属丝装药的计算软件。计算和试验结果表明,该软件计算精度较高,可满足工程计算的需要;同时,表明该类嵌金属丝装药在一级大推力阶段中普遍会存在压强峰(推力峰)。为了获得更好的内弹道性能,文中分析了该类装药的主要设计参数对装药计算的影响。结果表明,槽宽、未包覆柱段长度以及金属丝排列直径是影响性能稳定的主要参数,而燃速比和槽长影响相对较小;此外,锥形凸台的设计对性能的稳定性影响也很大。其结论为该类型的装药设计提供了有效参考。Based on SolidWorks API interface and Visual Basic, a set of calculation software for an embedded metal-wire grain was developed. The calculation and experiment results show that the sofware has high accuracy and meets engineering calculation demands ; at the same time, there exists thrust peak during one-step burning process of the embedded metal-wire grain. In order to obtain better internal ballistic properties, the effects of main design parameters on grain calculation were analyzed. The results show that some parameters including the width of groove, the length of uncoated grain and array diameter of metal wires have great effects on stability of grain performance, but the effects of groove length and the ratio of burning rate are relative small. In addition, the effect of conical boss on stability is also great. The conclusion can give a reference for design of the embedded metal-wire grain.
